The “What Is Tradition?” activity brought together different traditions as each country had the opportunity to explain together the meaning of tradition by organising a quick performance.
Starting with the Estonian team, we all participated in a concert without knowing the lyrics. The Spanish brought a “bull” on the stage, the Bulgarians wished us good luck by beating us at the back. From the other side, the Italians insisted that we should avoid pizza with pineapple. From outside we didn’t hesitate to roast one of our participants as we wanted to
celebrate easter properly. Swedish and Polish showed us some interesting traditional dances.
All the presentations were very entertaining, funny and extremely
interesting. After seeing and hearing so many different stories, we realised
that we have more in common we could ever imagine.
